Resumen
The present work reveals the importance of the use of technology in evaluation processes, by presenting the design of a computerized software that uses the rubrics as a means to carry out the evaluation, self-evaluation and co-evaluation in a competency-based curriculum, under the premise that the use of new technologies in the evaluation process of students is a coadjutant element in evaluative practices, not so much for introducing conceptual changes in it but as tools that allow the use of time and material resources in a more efficient, both for the teacher and for the student. Specifically, two objectives are pursued: Design a computerized system for evaluation by means of rubrics in a competency-based curriculum and start with the study of the determination of the quality of the computerized system designed for the evaluation through rubrics in a competency-based curriculum; through the measurement of satisfaction levels of students who use the system. In order to comply with the proposed objectives, this work has been divided into two major stages: The first stage: Design of the computerized system for evaluation by rubrics. The Second stage: Descriptive study on the perception that users have of the quality and usefulness of the computerized system designed.
