Resumen

The development of skills and the management of creative thinking are taught through the educational model of the Technological University of Ciudad Juarez. The main objective of the research work was to propose the design of didactic materials that are adapted to the model by competences, using Information & Communication Technology as a tool for the development of creativity. The form of the investigation was descriptive correlational. The focus of the investigation was mixed. The design of the research was non-experimental transectional. The research work was carried out at the Technological University of Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua, between the months of January 2015 and October 2018. The units of analysis were the students enrolled in the morning and afternoon shifts of University Technician and Engineering levels in the careers of the Technological University. The type of sampling was probabilistic in the three stages of the investigation. The sample size was a total population of 8360 of the universe, a sample of 368 was taken.
