Resumen
Secondary metabolites are known to play an important role in the adaptation of plants to their environment, but they also represent an important source of products within the industry in general. In order to develop innovative advances in the controlled cultivation of Cannabis sativa L it is necessary to apply different strategies, using in vitro systems. Cannabis sativa L. is used to produce nutraceuticals, detection based on the biochemical profile is important. The selection of high-yield clones and their propagation using biotechnological tools is the most appropriate way to maintain their genetic lines. Callus induction by isolated axillary buds in aseptic multi-shoot cultures were successfully encapsulated for their induction of dedifferentiation. To obtain a control of plant cultivation, it was necessary to use in vitro cultivation methods of the Mexican variety, obtaining a simple method that can be used in the industry for the elaboration of various products of commercial interest.
