Resumen

The present research aims to help access and expand the knowledge regarding thecontemporary production of art and design of three illustrators whose career originated in Chihuahua City: Samir Razonable, Mónica Loya and Luis Safa. In order to do so i will create a web page available at www.arteencuu.com, with a focus on identifying the processes and creative influences on the illustration works of these artists. I am interested in their different creative approaches and the stages of development of their careers. The three illustrators are originally from this region, northern Mexico and, specifically, the state of Chihuahua, which represents a particular area with unique manners and traditions that combine the clash of ranchero culture with the United States influence. These unique features in their environment provoke different learning processes, both formal and informal, and shape the development of their design and artwork. The biographical trajectory of each artist and a series of shared constants in their work will be studied, such as the color of the landscape, and its influence and online distribution
