Resumen

The present work consisted in the case study of a Lower Vehicular Step (LVS) of 600 m of development, which consists of a depression in the Solidarity Avenue and at ground level a roundabout that links the Pedro Coronel avenue and the Vetagrande roadway will also have lateral bodies that will give fluidity to the transfers. The objective of the case study was to analyze the economic feasibility of a highway project that consists of the construction of infrastructure "Lower vehicular crossing Av. Solidaridad intersection with Pedro Coronel Avenue" to help speed up mobility in the urban roads of Guadalupe and Zacatecas . The applied project evaluation methodology is that used by the SHCP and contains a series of steps that are: 1. Analysis of the current situation. Here the problem that originates the project is described. It is necessary to know the supply and demand. Being the offer the physical and geometric characteristics and the demand refers to the average annual daily traffic (AADT). 2. Analysis of the situation without project. It is the future situation without the project considering the optimizations. 3. Analysis of the situation with project. It is done in a similar way to the situation without project or current. 4. Identification and valuation of costs. 5. Identification and valuation of benefits. 6. Project evaluation. Here we determine the performance indicators Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Immediate Performance Rate (IRR) as well as the sensitivity analysis.
