Resumen

The present investigation explores the gamification (ludification) focusing on the incorporation of gamification as an alternative in the training within the Child Daycare Centers, due to the relevance of this sector in the Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua region. For which the entire population was considered, starting from a mixed perspective, the staff working within the CBI´s were asked for their support in obtaining information that would allow identifying the needs of the CBI´s, the characteristics of its training process, and its knowledge in relation to gamification, in order to establish a comparison between the traditional and the gamified scheme. Based previously on the analysis of the existing literature and the application of a series of unstructured interviews to experts in these areas, from which the applied instrument is designed. Whose results allow to observe a positive disposition towards the incorporation of gamification in this process, showing the conformation of the training process that is currently handled within the CBI's, establishing at the same time, that they have elements in common with the gamified scheme, that indirectly includes the characteristics of motivation, time, meaningful learning, goals and objectives, information technologies and communications. From which a general tool for the detection of needs and a specific one is designed, conforming the design of a gamified prototype for the training of personnel in relation to the control and monitoring of infants.
